Interested in becoming a Realtor? Getting your Real Estate license is the first step!

Every two years, CT Real Estate brokers and agents must complete twelve hours of Continuing Education to renew their CT Real Estate license. The 12 hours includes mandatory and elective course requirements.

Once per three year cycle, Realtors must complete the Code of Ethics course to maintain your Realtor membership.
