Help NHMR Prevent Homelessness in CT
NHMR is participating in the CT REALTORS® Foundation 6th annual Be Homeful for the Holidays campaign. Money raised supports programs that help prevent families from becoming homeless. As an added bonus, for every $25 tax-deductible donation, the CT REALTORS® Care Foundation will sponsor the gift of a plush Paddington bear to a child living in a shelter for the holidays.
This campaign is specifically targeted at families with children who are on the brink of becoming homeless to help keep them in their homes and from having to experience the trauma of homelessness.
Over the last 5 years, the emergency funds raised have prevented more than 1,000 families across CT from losing their homes.
