The Connecticut REALTORS® Foundation announced their 2017 Raymond F. Gates, Jr. Memorial Scholarship winners.  This year, 37 outstanding children of CT REALTORS® were selected to receive a total of $36,500 in scholarships. Five of those recipients were children of NHMR members:

Aakshi Agarwal, Hamden High School.  She plans to attend Yale University to obtain a Bioengineering degree with a double major in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Statistics.  Aakshi is the daughter of Anubha Agarwal, a REALTOR® with Weichert REALTORS® in Hamden.

Kiwon-Paul Dionne-Jee, Old Saybrook High School.  He will attend UConn’s Mechanical Engineering Honor program plus The Special Program in Law. Kiwon-Paul is the son of Sang Ah Jee, a REALTOR® with William Raveis Real Estate in Old Saybrook.

Bridget LaSala, Daniel Hand High School.  She will attend Villanova University in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Technology and Engineering with a minor in Theater/Stage Management. Bridget is the daughter of Mary E. Evans, a REALTOR® with Page Taft Christies in Madison.

Jennifer Triana, Woodland Regional High School. She will attend the University of Maine to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.  She is the daughter of John Triana, a REALTOR® with Pearce Real Estate in North Haven.

Alexandra Wagner, St. Lawrence University. Alexandra is working toward her Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Physics and Mathematics while pursuing St. Lawrence University’s 3-2 Engineering Program. Alexandra is the daughter of Susan Wagner, a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker in Madison.
